Hey ladies!, so remember i told you i would post the remainder of the pics from my  bdy well these were the only two pctures i could salvage from teh night. I dont like taking pictures at night especially with my camara but i had no choice and i really wanted to take pics of my bdy so here they are....

About this look" This dress is from Steve Madden, its a nude with a layer of  black  lace. I paired it  with my  nude heels from target and  and a "nude" clutch...(the clutch is more a light brown than nude). What do you think?..vote i you like it on chicisimo..also part 3 coming up soon

My Birthday in three parts!_Part 1

Dress: One Clothing; Clutch: Green Mountain; Ankle boots: Gojane

Hey dolls, as i told you earlier this week, yesterday was my birthday (friday, 13th) and what a day it was. First off, the forcast called for a cloudy (and cold)  day but i didnt even think it would be that cloudy..i mean the sun never even peaked out once yesterday and if you live in South Florida you know how very very very rare that is. Regardless of the gloomy skies, i tried to make the best of my day.  It started off and ended with me eating, and eating and eating. First we went out to eat for breakfast at a very cozy cafe in South Beach, then we went to the cheesecake factory where i bought a whole cake (to share) as well as a slice to eat then and there..as you can see the staff decorated my plate and even gave me a candle..lol....i didnt even finish that slice because i was still full from breakfast. I did some shopping after, which was followed by dinner at my favourite restaurant ..Bonefish Grill (loove their bang bang shrimp) and closed with a night at the club. By then i was too stuffed and sleepy to dance or even stand so i spent most of the night sitting and sipping..tipsy! :-)

About this look: I actually wore three outfits yesterday, i didnt plan it ..it just happened. I started the day in pants because as i said it was supposed to be on the chilly side however, after taking pictures i realized i didnt love that outfit as much as i thought i did and it really wasnt so cold so i changed into this dress. This is therefore my second outfit of the day. This outfit clearly is very simple but very girly. I know the dress looks grey in most of the pics but its actaully a light pink dress covered with black lace. Its realy very cute and comportable though a bit on the short side.  What do you think of my day dress? on chicisimo you can vote if you like it ...kisses :-)

P.S Im a little busy getting ready for my trip right now so i havent gotten the chance to edit the other outfits that i wore yesterday... i promise to get to them before the end of this week though....

Hey dolls!, SO its four more days until my birthday...which is this friday, Jan 13th..truth be told, i have no grand plans for the day itself other than going out to eat with my hubby but i do have an upcoming trip..yay!!!!! that i will let you guys know about. I will finally get to experience a real winter (laughing).. and therefore get to wear real winter clothes..lol. Sadly, its not outside of the U.S but im still looking forward to it :-)

About this look: So this is one of the outifts that i still have from my back log of looks yet to be posted on this blog ..I wore this outift to the doctors and  out to eat some time ago. This bag is actually a regular  pink Victoria Sectrets bag that i  turned inside out ...truth is, i did that just to be able to say that  i used it atleast once...lol. It was a gift courtesy of  my mother-in-law several years ago but i never really like it (its nice but it wasn't me) so it just sat around gathering dust. I really liked the lining so  i thought why not....what do you think

Happy New Year Lovelies!!!

My first post of the new year!!! yayy! happy 2012 ladies (and gents!) i hope its going well so far. A couple of things..my birthday is in 10 days ..Friday, Jan 13th ...yay!! the luckiest day of the year :-). I always look forward to my birthday regardless of the fact that it just serves to remind me of how old im actually getting..laughing.. So thats one of the things that im looking forward to this year, as well as my anniversary (which should be extra special this year), my hubby's bdy (welll not so much because he doesnt really celebrate) and the presidential elections..im sure there is more i just cant remember right now but i will keep you up to date as the b-dy count down and others begin

About this look: So this is the dress i wore on New Years Eve. I didn't do much but watch the fireworks and go to a party  (none of which was too much fun anyway). My first shocker of the new year for you guys is the cost of this dress..i bought this dress for $4 at the the salvation army...yes im serious. I did not even buy it with new years in mind because i bought it several mths earlier. i just walked into the salvation one wednesday when they had their wacky wednesday's half off sale and i saw it (the first thing i saw actually) and decided to get it. When i tried it on at home my hubby thought i looked like a stripper...lol...he says that about anything thats short and shiny (yes, he's very limited fashion wise) ofcourse he changed his mind after it was dressed up with the tights and everything. By the way, i didnot need to alter this dress in anyway..it was actually perfect as is... So what did you guys wear on new yrs eve and where did you go?
