Cinco de Mayo..Feliz Cumpleanos mi hermana

Happy Cinco de Mayo everyone...particularly to my sister who's birthday it is today!!! Happy Birthday hun...love you :-). So this outfit i wore a while ago. It was actually inspired by the forever 21 website...instead of orange and white polka dots though the model wore a striped top but i still loved the combination and decided to try it. I purchased this top  and the belt at the thrift store....i think i paid less than $5 for both.($2.50 for the top and $1.50 for the belt)...what do you think????
