Hi everyone! Happy Friday!!!!, so to keep my promise..here is part two of my birthday extravaganza..I wore this during the day to lunch (minus the heels) or rather brunch. I love this outfit because it can easily be mistaken for a dress when in fact it is the  combination of a high low skirt from forever21 and a dress from marshalls, a dress i was forced to ruin to make this happen (wasn't  that big of a fan anyway plus it was on sale). What do you think of my second outfit?

My Birthday Celebration..part 1

Hi everyone! I dont know if maybe this is too late but since Ive been away since Nov. HAPPY NEW YEAR everyone and thank you for following my blog and being so sweet with your encouraging comments. So i know i have been missing since November and its now February..OMG! 2 whole months....just slack huh?..well im back and i am now ready to play catch up (don't worry i  have been checking in on your blogs every now and then). 

About the Look:  For those of you that follow me via chicisimo you might notice that i celebrated my birthday in January and it was pretty fun. I actually didn't have a party but i did have 3 wardrobe changes (lol..its the fashionista in me) I love dressing up and my birthday is just another reason (as if i need one anyway) .  I wore this dress the Saturday night before my actual birthday. I really like the dress because it played into exactly what i wanted...something that was simple (thats where the black comes in ) but very cute (thats where the sequins and tulle comes in). The sandal you might recognize from Zara ...what do you think of my dress?

Military Chic

Hi everyone! its been a little over a week since my last post....i don't know but i just cant keep up, i want to post every day but ,.....Anyway, in continuation of the military trend, i purchased two shirts from Walmart in the little boys section for only 7.88!. I did some customization of course by adding some press on studs to the top part of the pocket (inspired by the Zara military jacket) ..i didn't realize my hair covered it in every photo.  I love the military trend, and i have a few more outfits in which i demonstrate how i rock this trend..what do you think of this look? :)

Hi everyone!!! hope you're having a great weekend...so this is one of my outfits worn a while ago hence the summery feel. I found this romper in forever21 (a small at that) on sale for 6.99 and fell in love with the pretty tropical look..i paired it with a blazer to look a little less casual and took it off when it got incredibly hot. These shoes you may have seen quite often now ...yes i live in them...they are the perfect summer heeled sandal and cost only $20 at Ross (they are Nine West) great find!!! What do you think?

Hi everyone! i hope you guys are ok(especially those of you who live in NY and NJ) Also, how was your Halloween? while i was out yesterday i saw a lot of people in costume i wasn't ...actually I've never done the Halloween dress up thing before but i want to ..atleast once. Anyways, there were some pretty cool ones especially the kids.

About the look: This is a dress i wore a while ago to have dinner with hubby...i love dressing up especially when im going to a nice restaurant.  The dress is from a local store and i liked it the minute i saw it plus it was really cheap ($9.99). 

P.S. Great news everyone...for the past couple of days we've been having a slight chill in SoFlo which has given us the excuse to whip the jackets, sweaters and boots out..and it has been superb!..honestly i don't like being cold but i do have alot of sweaters and jackets that i really never get to wear (it is always incredibly hot) so now is as good a time as any...also it is supposed to get colder this weekend.
